Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Some items, especially those requiring customization or coming from specialized suppliers, may require up to 5 business days to process. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • Dropshipping Model: Please note that House of Dzaya operates using a dropshipping model. This means that when you place an order, we forward it to our trusted suppliers, who then ship the product directly to you. This allows us to offer a wider variety of unique items without holding inventory ourselves.

2. Shipping Times & Methods:

  • Estimated Delivery: Due to our dropshipping model and the variety of suppliers we work with (some international), shipping times can vary.

*   **Canada:** 10-20 business days
*   **United Kingdom:** 7-15 business days
*   **Australia:** 10-20 business days
*   **Europe:** 10-25 business days
*   **Rest of the World:** 15-20 business days.
  • Shipping Carriers: We work with a range of reliable carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local postal services, depending on the supplier and destination. We always strive to choose the most efficient and cost-effective method.
  • Shipping Options: At this time, we primarily offer standard shipping. We may explore expedited shipping options in the future based on customer demand and supplier availability.

3. Shipping Costs:
